Compiled from a larger scale project into how visual images can represent phrase; these images sat well together as a photographic series. I was interested in the term 'body image' and its frequent connection in the media to the negative aspect of this phrase. These 8 images promoted the idea of 'body image' having an alternate and more interesting meaning, and that these alternatives should be explored in creative practice.
